This volume does not allow for repeat testing.
Collection Instructions: Allow serum specimen to completely clot (this can take up to 60 minutes). Centrifuge for 15 minutes. If the specimen is collected in a tube without a gel barrier, centrifuge and transfer the plasma into a properly labeled transfer tube within 2 hours of collection.

Interpretive Guide:

Class 0: Absent/Undetectable/Negative (< 0.1 KUA/L)

Class 0/1: Very low level (0.1 KUA/L – 0.34 KUA/L)

Class 1: Low level of allergy (0.35 KUA/L – 0.69 KUA/L) indicative of ongoing sensitization.

Class 2: Moderate level of allergy (0.70 KUA/L – 3.49 KUA/L) indicative of stronger ongoing sensitization.

Class 3: High level of allergy (3.5 KUA/L – 17.4 KUA/L) indicative of high level sensitization.

Class 4: Very high level of allergy (17.50 KUA/L – 49.99 KUA/L) indicative of very high level sensitization.

Class 5: Very high level of allergy (50.00 KUA/L – 99.9 KUA/L) indicative of very high level sensitization.

Class 6: Very high level of allergy (≥ 100.0 KUA/L) indicative of very high level sensitization.
